Energy Suspension Control Arm Bushings

Anybody install these before? I started removing my control arms before calling it a night and am open to tips for removing the old bushings. I can get it done but short cuts are welcome.

Don't hold me to this but I think some have burned them out.

I just installed them. I pressed the center pin out and then pressed the rubber bushing out.

Burning them out is another option albeit a messy one.

I ran out of patience with some other parts and took them to a machine shop for their press. While I was at it I dropped off the control arms to get the bushings taken out.
