Check Engine light is on >>
I went to Autozone and they read the fault codes for free:
1. Hi-voltage to the o2 sensor
2. misfire cyl #1
3. misfire cyl #8
The current s p wires have 15k on them and the plugs 20k. o2 sensor has only 5k on it.
I was going to start with replacing the plugs again and work my way up. Any other ideas?
What spark plug is recommended for my 1997 5.9L 1500?
Thanks,
Chris

try these plugs... NGK ZR5F-11 plugs. MSD 8.5 superconductors wires...
also check your plenum gasket to make sure it's not leaking... there are writeups in the DIY forum to help you...

I'd stay away from platinum plugs. Never had much luck with those [:'(]
I've had a lot of Ram (V10) owners recommend Champion Truck Plugs...saying they were the best. I have a set sitting here, but haven't had time to install them yet.

I prefer the champion plugs also. I installed the platinums though, work great. Noticeable difference.
I also had a #1 and #8 misfire. It ended up that there were pinhole exhaust leaks before the cat at a weld. Rewelded, fixed it.
