Default Catalytic converter question

Since i have a 1999 Dodge ram 1500 and there is a o2 sensor before and after the cat if i bought this cat would it substitute for the 2 being directly in the pipe? I am getting all new exhaust and i wanna go the right way. http://www.jegs.com/i/Magnaflow/642/94266/10002/-1

That's not the right one. The post cat o2 should be a little farther away from the cat. That one might work, but I'd put the post cat o2 bung in the pipe the same distance away as stock.
