My Kids In Big Trouble!
When I deal with sunk boats I pull all the connectors and blow them out, blow everything out, unplug blow out replug, all of them. WD-40 works well in this case. WD-40 = perfect water displacement on the 40th try.
More like; look mom & dad new wheels.
Ah yes 16; At least he did not have a friend over that wanted to see what a can of either would do if put in a wood burning 45 gallon drum heater, dad got a new shop that year.

For the lights/radio in the cab not working, check the IOD fuse in the cab. If the under-the-hood-light shorted, it will blow that fuse, and that fuse controls power to the radio and lights in the cab.
Hey, Still having the same problem. The entire cluster is on the fritz. All gauges are moving on there own, and the odometer is blinking. radio won't work, and the cab lights wont work. but the A/C and heat work, same with the power window lights. any more suggestions, i blew air through both electrical boxes (one in cab, and under the hood) and i pulled every fuse and checked them. and blow dried the box to warm it up to make sure no moisture was inside. any more ideas???

I had a slightly different issue my battery cable shocked when I removed it and put it back on my radio and stuff came on but acted very odd I replaced the fuses that were not blown and problem fixed. Put the old fuse back in and same thing happened again. Not sure why but just an idea not an expensive and not very hard idea either

^I did this, and instead of letting go of the toggle button, i held it. everything went back to normal, and when i let go it went crazy again. I'm about to make a video of it and put it up.
Ben, which fuses did you change? the cab fuses, or the engine fuses?

do like merc said... disconnect battery, then unplug the cables from the pcm (passenger side firewall). spray with wd40. plug/unplug a few times to scratch the surfaces clean.
if that doesn't fix it, repeat the same process with all the other electrical connectors, including the grounds. the ground points are super-duper important.
for the record - i spray my engine with water all the time, and never take any special precautions. the only times its ever acted up was once the tps got a little too wet and idled funny for a day till it dried out.
if it does run ok, you could try letting it sit and idle for a couple of hours. the engine heat might help dry it out.

Since we have the same trucks id try replacing number #14 and #17 in the cab both are 10 amp. Can't hurt to try it
