01 2500 bal joints
i was considering the idea of doing my ball joints on my truck but do i need any specail tools?
i've done the wheel bearings and last year so i'm not concerned about pulling everything off but i just would like to know if i need a special type of tool for the job

Yes you will need a ball joint press and a tie-rod separator.

that what i am thinking lol cause my shop is filled up my boat and atvs so not much room to work in them like right now i'm doing my plenum repair in my driveway kit crappy when i have a big shop lol... oh well
$200 isn't too bad espeially if it is for all of them. I have a 2 car garage, and have to leave truck about halfway out when working on front end for enough room to work. Wish I had a big shop again......
