Default Fluid Change Options?

Well its about that time....i have almost had the truck a year and according to the ownersmanual its about time to change tranny fluid and with these trannys i figure sooner rather then later. BUT sense i am the 2nd owner and i cant say about the maintence of the vehicle before me "it was owned by a 42 year old lady so i dont think it was abused but not babied either. So i have decided while im at it i will change ALL the fluids front/rear dif/ tranny/ transfercase. I simply dont know the amounts or what to use...the amounts i could find if i tried in the owners manual but fluid types/additives is something i dont always trust the factory on. If you have recomendations on what fill her with i would appreciate it.

P.S I live in mid-michigan and i dont drive the truck hard but it does get driven to school and back which is only 5min aways but i do warm it up before i go both ways so..and it gets frickin cold "random info" The truck is a 99 5.9 quad cab 4x4 with 285's and stock gears and 2" of lift on both ends

Thank you ahead of time

Front Axle Info: http://dodgeram.org/tech/specs/axle/axlespecs.html

Rear Axle Info: http://dodgeram.org/tech/specs/axle/9_25specs.html

Transmission: http://dodgeram.org/tech/transmission/4xre.htm

Transfer Case: http://dodgeram.org/tech/specs/tranfer_case.htm (IIRC, you should have an NV231)

I'm assuming that you have a 1/2 ton (1500) truck.
