Default will this exhaust swap work?

So my buddies getting rid of a ?97? i think ram 1500, and he's offered me the muffler/ dual pipes (mine has single), and the 33in bridgestone dueler A/T's before he gets rid of it, as long as I put some tires and my single exhaust back onto his truck, so he can get rid of it. The exhaust sounds good on his 360, so I'm hoping it'll sound/ perform well on my 318.

His truck is extended cab, long box with a 1 into 2 muffler and dual pipes straight out the back. Well, as straight as over the axel, and around the spare tire, can be.
Mine is a standard cab short box. Obviously his pipes are going to be long probably a bit out the back, and the middle pipe between the cat and the muffler. That can be adjusted.

Can anyone think of any other issues I might run into before I try to swap exhausts? Would the hangers be in diff spots? Or can i just slap some universal hangers/ clamps on it, until I can afford to have it all welded together, and properly hung, with the good hangers. Those universal hangers dont look too safe.

I pick up a dual exhaust set up from the junk off of a '98 ext cab and it fit on my '97 short bed with no problem. I think you should be okay.

I suppose with an adapter/downsizer, it would be fine.
