I have a few minkr scratches&I been allover google looking for a oem paint for a black 95 ram.I found a link but went back&it was gone anybody got a good link?Thanks!

Doesnt your local auto parts store have them? I know the advanced auto that i go to has them.

Go to a body shop. They can mix up a touch-up bottle for you.
