Question Winterizing

Hey, so I have a Dodge Ram with no bed liner in it, and right now I don't want to pay to put one it yet, so is there anything
I really need to do or can do about making the truck-bed rust proof from the snow sitting in there the snow season? Or will it not really make much of a difference if I leave it?
Thanks!

I don't think it will make much of a difference. The bedside wheelwells will probably rust out before the inside of the bed anyway.

Yeah I don't think snow in the bed will cause any rust in just one winter, these trucks will rust in other places before the inside of the bed. ha

It's not really the snow, but the salt/snow mixture on the roads that does them in. I think you're okay for a Winter.

Making sure the drain holes are not plugged up will help .

If your paint is good, it will protect it just like the rest of the truck.
