I have accuired a 96 ram 1/2 ton with the 3.9 v-6 but the auto tranny is shot it's a long bed single cab great body well I just so happen to have a nv-3500 out of another project I was working on. (if I do this my wife's Gunna kill me I already have 2 other project trucks but oh well) what I need to know is what will it take to do the swap. P.s. I only payed 400 dollars for the whole truck and the v-6 runs like A champ so it's worth it

If you search "dodge ram forum ______________" with your question in the underline, you get this website with most of the answers from the people currently on this site such as heyou and zman. I've personally done the research myself and I linked my links to another thread less than a month ago, I ended up replacing my auto so I deleted all the threads but a simple searching should help you out.

Sorry I'm not trying to give you ****, it's just amazing how much better answers you get from google than this forum or any for that matter (no offense to anyone)
