everybody thats ripped them off your paint hasnt faded or anything has it bc thats what im worried about

My truck came from the factory without one. Over 110k on the clock, and hood is fine.

The one on my Dodge is still there. But, I've had numerous vehicles without it. Never had anything happen. Once this one starts falling, it's gone just like the others.
