You could get a nice truck for 4500 plus the sale of your truck

What do you think my truck is worth as it sits with cracked heads?
Keep in mind it has a reman'd transmission with a warranty (service papers say it cost $3600 to buy and have installed).
I paid $5000 for it with a 7.5 ft plow that was barely used. (I want to keep the plow if I sell it). Blue Book on this truck when working is $4500-6500.

I said $4500 to work with because I had about $10k saved up for a truck, trailer and tools this year. I spent $5500 on the truck after taxes and fixing a few small things so far. I've got $4500 left.

If I knew I was going to have to replace the motor I would have spent $7k or $8k on a diesel 3/4 ton.
