not sure about the gear drive, chain (OEM or double roller) was only option I saw. Still burping, added another 1/2 gal., not overheating but still no heat, is there a better way?

Not building pressure at rad. cap either. Ideas?

Are you leavcing cap off to burp it? Is the pass side higher than driver side? Right corner at thie highest point works best. Took me awhile on mine recently.

Sorry to chime in late; pass. wheel on ramp, cap on, heater on, 2k rpm~3 min., Burped. Oil pan gasket patch holding, no leaks anywhere. Damn Happy so far. It has been a little sluggish starting recently, esp. when warm. Suspect battery, probably a project for another thread.
