Disconnect ground cable form battery and let it set. Remove O2 sensor or disconnect. Hook battery back up and try it. After changing sensors, PCM is looking for stored info, and since you changed sensors, signals may be different.

Blown plenum will cause bogging as well as cat, but if cat is already gutted (unless there is debris still there) that should not be the problem.

What brand crank sensor did you buy, and did you compare the new one to the old one? I'd also check fuel pressure with a gauge. Also, you inspect and clean the PCM terminals. Disconnect neg battery before doing so.

both brands were master pro and i compared both sensors at the store so i got the right one the first time. what is the fuel pressure supposed to be at for psi?

would a fuel pressure regulator make this happen? i know thats bad on my truck but i dont know if it will cause it not to run--coinsidentally right after putting in 2 new sensors.

Verify fuel pressure. And I'd be suspect of that brand crank sensor.

i dont think its the crank because it was doing this before we put in the crank sensor. once i put it the new sensor it ran for a while and then started doing the same thing thats why i think it may be a bad wire thats not making a good connection.

i'll also check the fuel pressure when i go back
