Round Mopar air cleaner

Quick question, are the Mopar round air cleaner and filter bolt right on? I see some of you guys have them on.

Takes a "S" bolt as the threaded hole int he TB is not in the center.

Is the neck diameter 5 1/8
I would go check my truck but when I put a new filter in today that sucker sure did not line up at first try.
