strange readings on my #1 o2 sensor
There is something but its an unreadable square piece of paper at this point.... and who knows if there was another that fell off.... like I said most of whats under the hood has been removed replaced or exposed to some rough elements... The other stickers under the hood counter dict one another hood is from I dont know what year and the engine info is from a 95 which states a 5.2l when I got a 96 with a 5.9...(I realize sine the sticker is on the pcm it refers to that unit but if someone reflashed it at some point they could have not known or not bothered to remove it.)

thats likely gonna be my eventual route but still one of these programs should give the current firmware level of the vehicle...I reprogram stuff like this almost everyday and its odd that its so hard to find this stuff out with vehicles.
Ok so after a short drive today after it was at full time the short term fuel trim goes between lean and rich and has a reading of 3.**% but the long term trim stays at rich and has a reading of over 23% could this be from the 180 stat or is it normal?
short term should do what it's doing.. trying to achieve perfect a/f ratio..
the long term is what the engine has done over the long haul- what it has altered the tables to after 'learning'..
it may be time for a reset, just to observe what happens..
do you do mostly short trips? or, do you operate it to where your engine stays i closed loop at least 70% of the time?

I had an issue with IOD draw since I've owned it and had to pull the fuse whenever parked..sometimes I'd forget and it would kit the battery resetting the pcm. I've since found a source of the draw only to have the issue reappear now that I just got it back from having the transmission rebuilt.... and the inspection has been up for two months while its been out of commission...Its going tomorrow for the inspection and to have the track bar replaced (weather is too crappy to try to mess with it without proper tools ).
