Hope someone can help me, i am installing my new XRF balljoints and lower went in fine but its seated and i cannot even see the snap ring groove.. anyone had this same issue? Truck is apart in the garage and i need it tmrw!! ugh..

 

i've had this problem before. aftermarket ball joints arent tall enough for the snap ring to go in. dont worry about it. the top ball joint and steering knuckle will hold the lower ball joint in place.
