I'm sorta in the same boat as OP, 150K on my 01 2wd V6. Never replaced Timing/Rear/Trans. Just replaced original rear shocks this week and doing fronts tomorrow. Things needed can go on and on; header back exhaust, as I still have all original; steering gear seal leaking at top, both valve covers leaking currently, rear is humming over 20mph.

My dad bought the truck, passed it on, dont know if I wanna part with it. Been a solid truck for me. Like the 3rd gen... Looked at other trucks but, not for me, like my dodge!!!!

Ima keep her and fix it till it blows....

 

Well thing is she grew up in the city and does not have a lincence or a vehical right now , we are working on it .
