Engine Codes
Well the Ram has been running like a top for that past week after the install of the IAC, Crank sensor, Tune up and fuel pump. Drove it to and from work all week for about 300 miles total.
Decided to make a weekend trip from VA to OH, after 250 miles, the check engine light came on, however the truck seemed to run just fine. Kept going for about another 200 miles, and at the gas stop, I pulled the codes via the key on/off trick and got:
12, 43, 43, 43, 53, 43, 53, 55
I know what the codes are, however why would I get so many of the same code and wondering what may have caused it. I unplugged the battery after the check, clearing the codes and have not seen any new codes pop after another 800 miles..
Is it that 43 was tripped that many times as well as 53, I would think no matter how many times it trips, it would only give a single code?
comments?

thanks,
do you have the FSM downloaded or a haynes manual? i havent looked myself but im sure one of the 2 will say where all the grounds are
This info is from aim4squirrels in another thread
List of grounds i can recall:
One off PCM to firewall/frame.
One off passenger valve cover
One off passenger head in the back, believe it connects to same one as the PCM, but can't recall.
One off driver's head to firewall
One that connects to PS pump stud that hooks the drivers side injector harness down, check this one carefully, the heavy ground for the alt/starter connects here as well.
one off the battery that connects to the frame near the washer reservoir.
2 small ones for the wiper motors on the firewall but these shouldn't be the problem.
Check them all for clean connections. I even cleaned the paint off the firewall where they touch with a wire wheel and it seemed as though the idle smoothed out.
