hahah mechanics garage, (lift, parts washer, sand blaster, 2 6 feet tall compressors..the usual) not a machine shop! top gun customs offers long arms but are really pricey. 925$.. id feel more comfortable paying 700...full throttle suspension offers 10'' and 14'' lift included is everything you can need and that kit is 4k shipped

Don't buy full throttle, you won't be happy. Promise.

Buy this. Best I've ever seen mass produced, I would buy it.

If you want them built for more lift, call them, and have them build you brackets that have a 3" drop or whatever you'd like. They should be able to help you out, they look like a small custom build style shop.

EDIT: Well I just read the whole page, they already told you that haha

If I had the $$$ to blow I would pick this kit up and some TGC 8" pro-rates and a thuren fab trac-bar and build from there...

That 10" radius arm lift on craigslist actually looks pretty good to me. I would look into it, just make sure you get a complete parts list with pictures before you spend the $$$

Goodto know ..Please keep in mind we get a lot of noobies here that know nothing at all of trucks or mechanics of things askng how to make it go faster or make it bigger or louder every day to impress the kids at school...they care little for the reality of such things not making sense in some cases.... just two weeks ago we had someone who wanted to take a IFS 2001 with a v6 and lift it like 8-12 inches and put 42" tires under it!.... Not a smart plan...

Ive seen a truck just like that on craigslist for like $5500, it was a v6 with a 5 speed 2wd reg cab stepside on like 40" tires!

You probably couldnt even get up to 45 mph in that!

If you were to build your own long arms you could also properly triangulate them and do away with the track bar for good

my lines on my power steering box (high & low pressure) look like my old brake lines. flaky chunky rust.

35" tires made a mess of my stock steering shaft...I bought a heavy duty adjustable one on ebay for under $100... it was a steal in my opinion... much tighter along with the steering box pitman arm bracket.
