I know a lot of people would tell you to search for it, but I'll let you know it's in the FAQ section in 2nd gen. Lots of posts and even a poll on it.

Check out Pacesetter performance exhaust. I hear they're pretty good.

JBA or gibsons would be the best but also the most expensive. I'm going to put a set of eBay headers on mine for $120 instead of 450 or so for gibsons

JBA is the best for the $$$. I had Stainless JBA's on my 98 5.9L and I had no problems with them and they are inexpensive. $300-350 online for 50 state legal headers with all hardware is not bad.

Just my o2

I bought my truck with Gibson shorties that had a crack in the driver side header. Replaced with JBA stainless, silver ceramics. JBA seem like they are built a million times better. Mine were a bit pricey though.

Pacesetters are bad about cracking had lose on mine the first time around i have The OBX Racing shorty headers on my truck now and Freakin love them. they are stainless still just like the JBA and Gibsons and come with a life time warranty except they are half the price. inspected them very well when i got them all the welds where done on both inside and out and the welds on the inside where smoothed out. I got mine off Ebay for like 400 i think. I have had them for two years and they are still shiny with a lil bit of gold tinting closer to the motor looks pretty cool if you ask me.
