Finished her up 2 weeks ago...she is running alot better...Thank you Steve for That valuble write up..Really helped...Taking the fan shroad and fan out made life so much better...well worth the extra ten minutes...Did have problems though...I went nuts finding a torque wrench that started at 0 found one..had it delivered from cal. 1 day ship ..payed through the nose for that...had everything clean new gasket seal ..installed all bolts finger tight ..put the torque wrench on her at 2 ftpds..and snap broke a bolt clean off...Defective torque wrench...Totally went against my old school way of feel in the hands..little at a time till snug routin..following sequence of coarse....Anyway had to rip it all apart drill out the bolt...retap new threads...than clean everything all over again...than go the old school route by feel....I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE DO THAT...(UNLESS) you have been doing that..that way All your life ..like the past 25 to 30 years...There was another Gentleman on this board that recommened that same procedure..And I like to thank him too....You were SOOO right...live and learn..Thanks again!!
