Here it is finished product...the best $8 ever and it feels like a brand new truck now...

That does look good! Did you have to pull it yourself?

I gotta find one in tan! Maybe next week I can take a long drive to JY. Need to make a list of whatever I may need.

yes, I pulled it myself. You don't' have to pull the seat out of the truck to get out the bottom cusion you can get to all 4 bolts without pulling the whole seat out.

does anyone know where i could find a bottom seat online? i live in rural utah where the closest jy is about 3 hours away and so gas would kill me going there

Maybe you could talk someone into grabbing you one on their next JY run, and you pay them plus shipping. Should be cheaper than 6 hours for fuel.

May even fit in a flat rate box!

well if any of you are going to the jy sometime and are willing to have me pay for shipping and item i would love to have one sent to me, contact me for info on seat color and any other data.

I am one hour to nearest JY, and I am even thinking about the e-bay repair. There aren't any upholstery shops in this tiny town either! Gas for a trip to JY would increase the cost significantly - and that is assuming I can find one there!

the junk yard I use has a website and it list what they get in every week. If you'll keep an eye out and let me know when they get another 2nd gen in I'd be willing to pull the seat for you and ship it to you. It's an LKQ jy and it's the daytona location. Let me know...
