These were still the days of OPTIONS. Can you imagine, a manual transmission being offered in a full size truck??!?!! (or anything, really, for that matter...) I wish things were still that way.
Options are great! I still think it's silly to have the option for 2 different V8's, considering the choices.... Now if back in the 2nd Gen era they gave you the option for say either a 5.9L Magnum or 5.7L Hemi that'd be SWEET!.
