Had the same problem, you need to buy more than one kit. Only one pin and one bushing works in the supposed single kit.

I got mine from LMC truck. 1 kit does 1 door. http://www.lmctruck.com/icatalog/de/full.aspx?Page=11

The LMC kit is correct. The HELP hinge pins are the ones you need to buy 2. And there still not 20 bucks like LMC. And the part # for the HELP hinge pins can be found here.

Depends on how many time you need to go to the store to get everything you need. Plus, I'd rather (which I did) pay a little more and not have the agravation.

LOL, your right. But the OP only needs to go once because of the info I gave. I'm the one that had to go twice to know that info.

I know this thread is several days old. But tgothic I would throw my 2 cents in the change jar. I had a 97 that I replaced the driver hinge pins on. I also used the Help! pin kit x2. I also found out the hard way you have to drill out a couple of the holes to get the bushings to fit. The factory pins are tappered and the Help! pins are not. Lol. I believe the top hinge you have to take one of the bolts out and loosen the other so you can pivot it and get clearance for the drill.
