should I get new shocks?

Default should I get new shocks?

Hey there I just orderd new tires&bought some wheels&Im gonna go put my leveling kit on this weeknd.Just wondering should I go ahead&put on new shocks while Im at it?They seem ok buy also there ugly as can be &Im guessing there stock.

Stock shocks had a Mopar Logo on them. If they are original, you got your money's worth. Change 'em! And with a leveling kit, you may need to get longer stroke shocks anyway.

While your at it replace ball joints, tie rods, pitman arm, rear spring bushings, brakes, drive shaft u-joints, axle u-joints, diff lube, diff cover gasket, wheel bearings, etc.

No but really. If its old and you have the money for new then definitely! Eventually you will probably have to replace everything listed as well.

Yup, do the shocks. They're easy. At least one those other things seem to go every time inspection comes around.

...but obviously not part of Misouri inspection if they may be the original ones on a 95! Cannot remember how many miles a set of factory shocks SHOULD last, but I am pretty sure they are past that point.

Ill replace them...Ill order em today if anyone csn point me in the right direction to the ones Ill need to work with the leveling kit.

Check with vendor on leveling kit. They should know if you need longer shocks or if stock length would work. Amount of lift will determine this.
