Default Driver's Side Mirror Flops

I have power mirrors on my truck and the one issue that irks me is that the driver's side mirror flops too and fro while driving. I removed it, thinking I could tighten a nut or screw; however, I learned that everything inside of the mirror is sealed. So, I guess I'll have to get a new mirror. The problem is that I can't find any sources. I am sure the Stealership would love to sell me a new mirror, but I have plans to retire with money in the bank.

Any ideas?

Thanks. I was hoping not to have to resort to using E-Gay. I'll have a friend of mine assist with the transaction.

Unless you can get one at a junkyard or want to pay full price at the Dodge dealer, ebay is probably your best option.
