Maybe the flasher button on top of the steering column is gummed up with coffee, beer, soda , etc... Try pushing it in and out numerous times. If that doesn't help. Remove the knee panel and steering column covers and check for bad wires. Also pull the dash bezel off and remove the headlight switch. Make sure the connector on the back of it is not burned or melted. Same with the multifunction switch, (check the back of it and the harness).

You shouldn't have to worry about suggestion's like that, the general feeling around here is do it right or it's just a hack job!

And we would never suggest something just for the humor of it. Well, maybe never is too limiting......

they all flash together and the hazard light switch is clean, the truck was well taken care of when i hit it the lights outside continue to flash but the indicator lights on the cluster start so i dont think its that.

Actually kinda sounds like an alarm system that shorts out. Had a car a few years back that had a couple of wires shorted together and it would activate the alarm to where the horn wouldn't honk but the lights flashed like that. Took me forever to figure out the electrical gremlin causing it. I'm sure this is something similar?

thats my best guess ^^ the horn works independently but there are a couple aftermarket wires grounded to the firewall im not sure what they are for...... time to pull out the shovel and start digging
