Default 98 1500 5.9 V8 won't idle properly when warm

Okay so my truck will start perfectly when it's cold but after it's warm it will start up but won't idle it just dies right away it will stay on if I put my foot on the gas and put up the RPMS it stays on if indo that for awhile it will idle fine. The only thing is the idle will just kinda move up and down a lot

Sounds like a dirty iac valve, idle air control and since it only costs the value of a can of carb cleaner I'd start there. I think there's a thread on how to properly do it.

On a side note are you in Albuquerque?
