The p0443 is a bad purge solenoid or something went bad in the wiring. The p1765 could be the relay although I think that would set off other codes if that was bad. It may also be the wiring to the tranny is getting shorted ir the connector is corroded etc. If all these things check out okay, you may be in for a new pcm. I've seen on others forums where people had p1765 codes along with other tranny codes that they had to replace the pcm to fix the codes and shufting problems...hope this isn't true in your case. Maybe someone else has more info on this?
What switches/sensors did you replace ? Pics please. There is NO, " O.D govenor switch and shift solenoid ". If you are talking about the Governor Solenoid and Governor Pressure Switch/Transducer. They pretty much have nothing to with a 1765 code. You'd be better off replacing the TCC lockup and OD switch assembly. And make sure you don't have this problem.
+1 on what Zman said. Double check the wires where the plug is on the tranny for the OD/TCC. The wires at the 8 pin plug have a tendency to fray right down at the plug and it is hard to see unless you really check it good.
You say that the truck still "performs bad" ...as far as the OD/TCC is it going into overdrive? Is the TCC locking up at all? I assume that it's not but wanted to ask for clarification.
