Cab swap
I currently have a 97 dodge ram 1500 club cab with a short bed.
Would this setup fit on a 94 dodge 2500 with a single cab and a long bed?
Would the mounting holes be there for the club cab? Reason Im asking is
because I would like a cummins and I know the gas to diesel swap takes a
lot of time and money. Its better just to buy another truck with a
cummins. Found this sucker for $4000.

It'd be expensive to just buy it as a parts truck... but if you like your cab, buy the entire truck and just strip it of the tranny and engine and other diesel related things such as the instrument panel(gas/diesel settups use different instrument clusters) which is a few hundred dollars alone. Buy it as a parts truck.
Trust me you don't want to mess with swapping bodies even if it would line up. I'm knee deep in the middle of a cab/bed swap on an 85 Chevy. Its a pain...i can just imagine what it would be like dealing with one with more electronics. It's not as easy as you would think getting everything off with out bending the crap out of it.
