IIRC, I was out a grand total of $15 + shipping for the parts. I followed the rebuild procedure for a Nippodenso starter that's on their site. It's not that difficult, please I cleaned all of my parts and used fresh hi-temp wheel bearing grease. The end result was barely turning the key and she fired up!
