Default Factory tire size?

1999 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT ext cab 4WD with the 360 in it....want to know factory size tire and how big can I go without a lift? Thanks.

i think the factory tire size was either 245/75 or 265/75.

the biggest i think you could go with a 4x4 stock is 285/75

The factory size(s) will be found on the door data plate, er, uh, data sticker. It's that white thing with words and numbers on it above the latch in the driver's door frame.

I run 285/75, they are about as big as I would go, you could go 305/70 if you wanted a little more width.

But, especially with 3.55 gears, I'd stay away from anything bigger than those ^
