Default Is this a blend door issue?

Hey guys, you know my truck...well got transfered to 2nd shift, so i have to drive my truck to work everyday (125 miles round trip EVERYDAY)...well i get out at 11:15, and have an 1 hr 15 min drive home, and it was cold tonight...

Ok, so on topic, i have searched, but havent found my exact problem...i saw a similar problem, so id thought id make sure.

I have changed the radiator, timing gasket, thermo, water pump, and fan clutch all in the past 2 years...my truck never loses coolent, And my vents always blow out the way the should. (thought id throw that out.) On every mode except the little truck symbol, it blows out luke warm air. But when i change it to that truck symbol, the heat is nice an hot....coolent is full and bled out.....is this blend door issue, or could my heater core be clogged up? because i notice that on the truck symbol, the air blows harder...and i was thinking that the heater core is clogged and when the truck thing is selected, it blows harder so its actually able to get the heat out.

mine did same exact thing. was my heater core. Our blend doors do not have much to go wrong(ours are cable actuated and the 98 n up are vac. get your truck up to op temp and touch both heater core hoses. mine will literally burn you.(be careful!) befofre i changed the core they wern't as hot. try back flushing the heater core as well.

it is hard to hear. im betting heater core though. also even if it is your blend door. Guess what? you have a 95. get to pull dash any way so may as well change the core out. its actually not all that bad. You will be amazed by the heat out put afterwards as well.
