Are you talking about this thing?

http://www.turbonator.com/

I've never heard anything about it, but it sounds like another "Tornado Fuel Saver" product to me...which was pure junk. If it is, I'd put it in the category with the air foils that people put in their 350 TPIs...or the throttle body spacers (which do nothing)...or the array of "resistor mods" that don't do anything.

In other words, I wouldn't put one on my truck. Any mod out there that makes claims like I'm seeing on this website, but doesn't cost more (or even close to) the items it's claiming to replace is usually a useless piece of plastic or metal that isn't worth the raw materials it's made out of.

Sorry if that sounded harsh. I'm just sick of seeing items like this out there. I remember when modding your vehicle meant that you were gonna change the intake manifold...or the carburetor...or the exhaust. It meant you were going to actually tune your motor. It meant you were going to dig into the engine. Now half the products I see out there are things like this...or throttle body spacers...or "magic resistors"...things that are useless, yet people buy them because of some claims that were made on a website.
