Thanks zman and no I never installed them, they are still in the back seat of the truck. I haven't installed them for two reasons,
1-I'm afraid of cutting the circles bigger so they fit.
2-The plastic on top is not attached the way it should, when I took it off to put on a black bumper, I (my grandfather, not me) used some plastic clips going through it to hold it on, and if I take it off to install the fogs, I don't think I'll get it back on.

i had the crazy vent problem few years ago.changed all the vacumn lines and check valves then added another vacum canister with built in check valve.that solved the problem.
