Spec-D HIDs
2001 Dodge RAM 1500 Sport
i know you have been asked questions about these all the time, about after installing these HID', the "High-beam indicator" light stays on. How do you fix this. Currently i have the stock low beam plugged into the hid's and cut the high beam wire on my truck to power the angel eyes. I really don't know what i am doing so any help will be appreciated. I have heard I needed to switch the wires around, but i have been wondering. Do i need to just switch the wiring on the headlights? or cut the wires for the projector light and wire them straight into the high beams? Again i have no experience with HID's and in need of some help.

I had to swap the black and blue wires at the headlight harness... the lowbeam and ground wiring are crossed as they come wired incorrectly from china and have for years since I had to fix mine 3 years ago... but thats for the regular ram not the sport.. I can tell you the black in the harness is ground and the red is the high beam+ and blue is the low beam positive... just use a meter to pinout the same locations of these wires on the truck harness...
