wont shift from park

any takers on this problem? i think its more in the colum then in the tranny.. not sure..

A little better description is in order. The shifter doesn't move? It moves but the linkage at the end of the column under the brake booster doesn't?

idk i havnt taking the linkage apart yet. it wont move from park.. at all.. it just seems likes it is more in the colum then in the actual tranny. it wont start either.. everything will turn on but when you go to start it nothing happens..

sorry for late response computer broke that day. i got it fixed when i put od unit on the tube wasnt aligned correctly
