Default TPS issue?

A few months ago I replaced my TPS due to the vehicle surging at cruise speeds. Now the truck wants to stall when coming to a stop or letting off the gas pedal. I checked my TPS voltage and was only reading 0.662 volts. I drilled out the brass sleeve and was able to get the voltage to 0.725. This is with the ignition on but not running. This is all the adjustment I can get without making the holes real big. Drove truck and seems to have fixed it. Is this voltage good enough or should I drill the holes larger and go for a higher voltage?

Try this, or simply replace it, or both. https://dodgeforum.com/forum/dodge-r...n-the-iac.html

Thanks for the info. Was really wondering if my voltage is enough. It already is a new TPS, although I know sometimes you get a bad new one.

I doubt the TPS is your problem. I do however hope it's not a Duracrap.
