How do i take out my centerr console?

Default How do i take out my centerr console?

Im doing a project and I need to take out my center console.... either just the lid or the whole console... got an 01 ram reg cab... console doubles as the center seat back.... any help be appreciated!!! thanks guys

There's a couple of bolts that attach the console bracket to the seat base, but I don't think you can't access them with it in the truck, so you'll need to remove the whole assembly. There's four bolt underneath that you'll need to remove, and then the entire assembly lift right out.
