Ok, so when i turn the wheel as far left as possible and im turning, and when i come to a complete stop, i hear a realllly bad grinding sound on the drivers side, and it only happens when i come to a complete stop. If im doing a U-Turn nothing happens, but if it's a 3-point turn, it makes that really bad grinding sound as im coming to the complete stop. It doesnt make the sound at all when the wheel is completly turned to the right tho....what could casue this?

 

any 1 got any input?

 

Hmm, that could be a tough one. My first guess would be to look at the drivers side hub (could be passenger side though, and it just sounds like the driver's side). Jack the truck up, grab the tire, and see if you can wiggle it around. If that's ok, then check the front axle u-joints.

 

Sounds like a possible brake rotor grinding. I've had similar problems before.
