I replaced my 5.9 in January with LKQ out of Phoenix and I live in WV. Texas was about $500 more. They said it was just the region. Ran me $1700 including shipping both ways. I found out that most the companies on the internet are owned by LKQ and charge more. It was a long block and had to reuse the covers and oil pan. I had them hot tanked or whatever its called before reinstalling. The labor isn't too bad but expect a small shop to do it no cheaper than $800 not including extra parts and such. Dodge wanted $1500 not including parts.
