Sorry, but the reman gear box is junk. I've been through this a few times. All they do is clean them and replace the seals.

you should also get a steering stablizer for your steering box takes all! play out of your box

You should also try adjusting your box. Made a bunch of difference on mine even tho I still need to replace all my ends and the bushing on the column.
