Default Squeeky Steering Wheel

Ok guys , I know Im a girl,,,, but Ive been 6 places and no one has a clue how to get rid of this annoying squeak my steering wheel has every time you turn it, Im about to loose my mind, Its been WD-40ed to death. Everywhere Ive been has charged me 20 -30 bucks for a shot of that stinking stuff and told me to let it work itself in. Now my fan has decided to start clicking too,, Ive decided to try something myself. , before I lose my sanity, Any brilliant suggestions would be greatly appreciated !!! ..... Thanks Pam!

Does it only squeak at slow speeds, like when you're driving in a parking lot? Or does it do it at highway speeds as well, like when you're going around corners?
