stock size is 97.5, you need a 95" belt. i have my a/c bypassed, and was running a 90" belt, and am now running an 87.5" belt. must be 2.5" shorter, or it just wont work.....

IMHO I had a set of under drive pulleys and i believe it was a waste of money. All it took was for me to need a jump start a few times and I threw them in the recycle bin. I would spend the monies on some other way to find more ponies... Again just my opinion..

Any issues with balancing with an underdrive pulley?

As I understand it, the 5.2 Magnum (and previous 318) are internally balanced and the 5.9 (and previous 360) are externally balanced. The OP doesn't mention which he has (not in Sig either).

EDIT: I guess Sport means 5.9

No the balancing is all done on the flywheel/flexplate (or torque converter before '96).

Almost right...A magnum 360 is externally balanced with the flexplate and the balancer on the front of the motor.

To the OP, save your money, underive pulleys are a waste of money, worse than a TB spacer.

TB spacers just sit there doing nothing , an underive is going to cause all kinds of problems...Been there done that. Not having enough volts REALLY screws with the PCM

^^^ Oops, forgot that part....

318's have harmonic dampners as well, just with even weight all around them (at least my 72's do...) so I forget that the 360 one does more than just dampening.

I just put an internally balanced 408 in the Dakota...I'm all over the balance thing now.

I hope. ?
