Back-up lights

hello everyone. My back up lights quit working, new bulbs, still dont work, any ideas?

check for bare wires or burnt wires. On of my wires lost some insulation some how and grounded out my brake light. just had to wrap electrical tape around it.

My back up lights are out but its related to problem with manual trans.. PIA

Could be the backup switch in the trans. One of the contacts inside the trans where the switch goes is worn out so I had a toogle switch and wiring done to bypass it.

MikeRam: Yeah buddy thats were I'm at. Same problem and I'm gonna have to use same solution. Whatever contacts the switch inthe trans to activate it is worn so switch us never made.
