Steering stabilizer install question
Trying to put on a Rancho stabilizer, Ive got the old one off, and am ready to bolt up the new but the stud they provided isnt fitting into the drag link.
Am I missing something here, do I need to drill out the hole in the drag link, or is this the wrong kit for me possibly, I got p/n # rs5008? Im wondering if I should have gotten p/n # rs5404?

Application Notes: With Rancho RS6565 or RS6445 systems with dual shocks. Except Off-Road package. ^---that applies to the one you bought. (copied from summitracing.com)
Are you running dual stabilizers?
RS5404 is for stock height, and not with your 3" lift.
Look around on SummitRacing.com and select your truck "1996 Ram 1500 4x4 w/ 3" ride height" ...and that's the stabilizer you want.
If your still having trouble call Rancho and ask for a part number that'll fit your truck.
