Default A/C/ Oil

Recently I replaced my AC Compressor, Dryer and Orfice tube. Before the system held a charge perfectly. I purchased a recharge kit at Autozone for $35 that included oil, r134, and stopleak. I threw three cans in it and it blew ice cold. A couple days later I went to start it up after it sat for 3 days and no cold air, the compressor wouldn't even kick on. I checked the PSI and it read 0 on both sides (high and low). I realized that before I didn't replace the oring on the compressor so I looked over them and noticed a small hole in one of the rings. Could this have caused all my problems?

Can I just throw 3 new cans in (each can has 2oz oil)? Obviously the freon went away but did the oil? If I throw 3 cans in the system that have oil already mixed will 'bad things' happen? Should I just buy r134 with no oil? (can oil 'fly' out like the freon?

Thanks

your a/c system needs to be drawn into a vacuum (evacuate the system) and add 1 oz of pag oil and then add proper amount of freon. a/c compressor will not kick on unless there is enough r134a in the system.
