I do know not to over tighten a clamp , now since i have left the cap loose it has not over flowed and the hose has not come off . I have not had time to find a friend with a presser tester yet , but i would assume since this has been months off and on that my head gaskets are good its never hyro locked runs great and the oil and rad is clean . being that the red dont over flow with the cap loose i would say the water pump and stat is good. i will put a new cap on and clean the hose and fitting see what happens . thanks guys { and gals if there is any in here LOL
