Default Should I be able to spin my tires?

I'm kinda feeling like my truck lacks power...I dunno, It seems to accelerate well enough and gets up to freeway speeds without issue, but if I slam the pedal down from a dead stop my tires wont light up.

I do have brand new rubber on the back....but the bed is empty...you'd think with no weight on the driving wheels id at least get a little bit of screech huh?

Plenum is fixed, and I just seafoamed it a few weeks ago.
New Cat
New plugs / wires
New IAC and TPS

I run 91 Octane, but do not have a tune for it, I just do it to combat some ping.
